Returns and exchanges
We are delighted that you have become our customer and hope you have a dazzling shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be kept in their original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet bags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other form of return.
To initiate a return, you can do so through yanluo@fashingjewelry.com contact us. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned to us without prior application for return will not be accepted.
If any order item is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately within 30 days for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods, or for taking goods to other places for repair, carving, or any form of alteration. We are not responsible for color (in terms of its durability), color changes, or gemstone detachment. We do not provide return or exchange services for second-hand goods.
Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If your package is damaged during transportation, please inform us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. After the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement or refund.
Ensure the safe packaging of returned goods
The returned items need to be delivered to our facility in their original condition. Safe packaging means using the original packaging, padded envelopes, or small boxes with bubble wrap, and attaching a return/exchange order. If you want a return receipt, any post office has a delivery confirmation for sale. If the return value exceeds $100, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the package at the post office to prevent loss.
Note: If you choose any delivery method other than free shipping at checkout, your shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returns will be inspected and processed within 7 working days
Our return department will inspect and process the return within 7 working days after receiving it. We are not responsible for damaged or lost products during the return shipping process, so we recommend using appropriate packaging and insurance. The refund will be issued using your original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation. If the condition of the product upon delivery is different from the original condition, or if the return period exceeds 30 days, we will not accept returns. The product will be returned to you.
Attention: If you use your own courier service and the item is damaged during the return shipping process, you are responsible for filing a claim with the courier.
Free gift return policy
The free gift is based on the total amount of your order. If the value of the product you purchased after returning is below the minimum requirement, we will not be able to provide you with a free gift. If you decide to keep the gift, we will charge a discounted price of $9.99.
