1. Data submission: If you need to customize a product, please contact customer service and submit a detailed description or design concept. You can also attach form sketches, JPG images of similar products, and other files.

2. Order confirmation: After receiving the information, the designer provides suggestions, confirms details, and pays a deposit of 30% of the total price as order confirmation.

3. Production cycle: After order confirmation, we will submit production requirements to the factory and complete customization within 7-10 working days. Special circumstances will be notified separately.

4. Modification and Return/Exchange: Before confirming the design scheme, production requirements can be modified. If the modification is caused by force majeure after confirmation, it needs to be negotiated separately. Returns are not accepted unless it is a quality issue.
